Latitude Mapping Ltd is a leading independent mapping company that has been producing and supplying all types of mapping and plans to customers since 1996. We have an excellent reputation as a supplier of floor plans for both commercial and residential properties whether for Title/Lease, Licensing or Fire Regulation purposes.
All our products are produced to a high standard of accuracy usually within two days of order (more if a site visit is required). They can be supplied as printed plans or in a file format to suit your requirements.
Title/lease plans
- Fully Land Registry compliant plans (as set out in detail in Land Registry Practice Guide
40) ensure that they are
accepted first time.
Floor plans
- May be drawn from existing plans, your sketches or we can undertake a site survey.
Rented property
- Based on our floor plans these
show the position of all doors,
windows, chimney breasts and fitted furniture.
